4. Intellectual Property- All content, materials, and work created by Lowgen Marketing remains the property of Lowgen Marketing until full payment is received. Upon payment, agreed deliverables are transferred to the client.

5. Payment- Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability- Lowgen Marketing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results from any marketing campaign.
